1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

We collect personally identifiable information such as name, email address, phone number etc. from you when you set up a free account with allthingscustomized. Website browsing or buying does not require you to be a registered member. You may transact on our system without registering yourself. Please note that we do not store any credit card or netbanking information. In fact, allthingscustomized does not see this sensitive information at all, and ensures that such information is handled only by highly secure payment gateways. 

Once you are registered, we may use your contact information to send you offers based on your previous orders and your interests.

2. Use of Demographic and Profile Data

We may use your personal information to provide services that you request. If you do not wish to avail of these services, you may opt out of those services. Other use of your personal information is to help resolve problems, to ensure that we are providing security for your transactions, prevent fraud, and resolve accounting activities such as fees owed to allthingscustomized. 3. Design of Customised T-Shirts

allthingscustomized allows users to design customised t-shirts. allthingscustomized can re-use the customised design for its other users. You are also free to re-use the customised design if you have made that design.

9. Definitions

"User" means a unique instance of a browser, application or similar technology.

"User Cookie" means the User identifier (of which a cookie is one example) associated with a User for remarketing or similar audiences.
