1. Posting of Content

Such content posted by you is not entitled to any form of compensation. Please note that when you post content to the website, you must ensure that the posting does not violate copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property.

allthingscustomized may edit or delete content posted by you if it is spam, junk or if it comes to our notice that you have violated any copyrights etc., or if it is in any way offensive or threatening to other users. allthingscustomized reserves the right to determine the nature of the content, and take appropriate action.

Unauthorized interception of data is strictly prohibited. Usage of website content should not be for activities such as gambling, or for your own marketing. Unauthorised activities such as gathering of usernames, passwords etc are strictly prohibited. Spamming or marketing to other users, or soliciting them is prohibited.  

allthingscustomized has the right to review, edit, reject or delete any post. allthingscustomized retains the right to solely judge if any content posted by you violates the Term of Use.

This site may use links to other websites. allthingscustomized is not responsible for the content on those websites. We welcome links into our website from other sites. However, there can be no compensation or sponsorship, implied or direct by these links into allthingscustomized. No content may be reproduced from our site on other websites unless there is an explicit written permission from us to do so.

3. No re-sale of goods

Please note that products acquired by you through allthingscustomized must be acquired solely for personal use. The products cannot be bartered, sold or in any way disposed off for monetary purposes. 

4. Payments made by you

You own the responsibility of ensuring that your payment transactions are authorized, that you have the appropriate limits while using an instrument for your payments. We will not be able to assist you if your transactions are declined for any reason whatsoever. Please note that only Indian credit cards are accepted, and that Indian rupees are the sole currency for all purchases. 

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization of any transaction on account of the cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by the you with your bank(s). 

 5. Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The place of jurisdiction shall be in Bangalore.

6. allthingscustomized Products for Sale in India Only

All products presented on allthingscustomized is solely for the purpose of sale in India. If you choose to make a purchase from outside of India, allthingscustomized will not be responsible for such orders. allthingscustomized will deliver products only within India. 

7. Accessing allthingscustomized

Access to your allthingscustomized account is facilitated via a username and password or through authentication from reputed websites. It is your responsibility to maintain confidentality of these. Any transactions that are made on allthingscustomized with your credentials are your responsibility. 

8. Product Descriptions

allthingscustomized tries to be as accurate, complete and reliable as possible with its product description.  If you have purchased a  product offered by allthingscustomized that did not match the description, please return the product in an unused condition.
